9.3 No Professional, Financial, or Legal Advice
Morvixel doesn’t act as a broker, financial advisor, investment manager, fiduciary, or legal consultant.
All information, models, analytics, and outputs provided through the Platform are meant solely for informational and educational purposes.
Any decisions involving financial instruments, trading activity, or risk exposure are made independently by the User.
Morvixel takes no responsibility for outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from reliance on Platform content or tools.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morvixel and its affiliates aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities;

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in the User’s applicable legal venue.
